Phyllis Joan Sadly passed away on November 29, aged 85 years.

Much loved and sadly missed by her loving Husband Jim, Daughters Jayne and Wendy and all her Family.

Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel on Wednesday, December 15 at 10am.

Family flowers only please.
