Phyllis Passed away peacefully on November 21, aged 62 years. Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Tuesday, December 11, at 12.20pm. Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Phyllis for Ashgrove Care Home will be collected at the Service.
