Passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 7, 2017, aged 64 years. Dad, loving Grandad and Brother.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, May 26, 2017 at 1pm.

All flowers welcome or donations if desired please for Macmillan Nurses, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
