Passed away peacefully at The Isle Court Nursing Home, on May 13, 2016, aged 72 years.

Beloved Husband of Daphne, loving Father of Joanne and the late Adrian, Grandfather to Sam and Toby and devoted Brother to Terry.

David will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Monday, May 23, at 4.15pm.

Flowers welcome.

Donations if desired to The Alzheimer's Society, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
