Passed away peacefully in Leighton Hospital, Crewe, on Friday, February 19, 2016, aged 85 years, in the presence of her Family.

Formerly of Dudleston Heath, near Ellesmere.

Phyllis will be sadly missedby all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at St. Matthew's Church, Criftins, on Wednesday, March 9, at 12.30pm, followed by private Committal at Pentrebychan Crematoriam, Wrexham.

No flowers please but donations if desired to Grinshill DogRescue.
