Of Wem, passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on February 23, 2014, aged 92 years.

Loving Wife of the late Harry, Mother of Bernard, Sister of Ann, Sister-in-law of Brian and a loving Grandmother.

Phyllis will be sadly missed by all of her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St. Peter and St. Paul's Church, Wem, on Friday, March 7, at 3.30pm, followed by Interment at Love Lane Cemetery, Wem.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to St. Peter and St. Paul's Church, Wem.
