The Family would like to thank Friends and Neighbours for attending Pat's Funeral on May 15, 2015 and for their generosity and kindness.
Donations totalling œ750 have been given to The Avalon Centre in memory of Pat and the wonderful times she spent there amongst her Friends and Colleagues.
