On Wednesday, May 22, 2013, peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, Tracey, aged 40 years, of Newport Road, Whitchurch.

A much loved Partner of Geoff and devoted Mum of Jack, dearly loved Daughter of Jen and the lateLes, sadly missed Sister of Mark.

Funeral Service, at St Alkmund's Parish Church, Whitchurch, on Tuesday, June 4. at 2pm, followed by Cremation at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be divided between Cancer Research UK, The Chemotherapy Day Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury.
