Of Crowmere Road, Shrewsbury, passed away unexpectedly in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on October 21, 2014, aged 59 years.

A devoted Dad to James, Sinead and Rob, Father-in-law Seth, a treasured Grandad to Ewan and Theo.

Jim will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Friday, November 7, 2014, at 1pm.

Family flowers only please.
