Passed away peacefully after a short illness at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on October 24, 2011.

A dearly loved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother who will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service 11am, Thursday, November 3, at St Patrick's RC Church, Wellington, followed by Interment in Wellington Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request but donations if desired for the Severn Hospice, Telford, would be appreciated.
