Passed away suddenly, Monday, August 25, 2014, aged 43 years.

Dearly loved Husband of Rachel and devoted Dad of Patienze and Beckhem, Son of David and Pauline, Son-in-law of Lindsay and Uncle of Liam, Callum, Lewis, Caitlin and Freya.

Funeral Service to be held at St. George's Parish Church on Saturday, September 6, 2014, at 11am, followed by Interment at St. Matthew's Churchyard, Donnington Wood.

No flowers by request.

Donations if desired please to be divided between Headway Shropshire and The I.T.U. at The Princess Royal Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
