Of Donnington, Telford. Passed away suddenly on Monday, August 25, 2014, aged 43 years. Dearly loved Husband of Rachel and devoted Dad of Patienze and Beckhem, Son of David and Pauline, Son-in-law of Ron and Helena, Brother of Katrina, Brother-in-law of Lindsay and Uncle of Liam, Callum, Lewis, Caitlin and Freya.

Funeral Service to be held at St Georges Parish Church on Saturday, September 6, 2014, at 11am, followed by Interment at St Matthew's Churchyard, Donnington Wood.

No flowers by request, donations, if desired please, to be divided between Headway Shropshire and The ITU at The Princess Royal Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
