Sadly passed away on Friday, November 23, 2012, aged 79 years.
Funeral Service to be held at St Leonard's Church, Bilston, on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, at 2.30pm, followed by Committal, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 3.30pm.
All welcome for refreshments after the Service at Bilston Town Hall.
Family flowers only please.
Donations in lieu payable to Macmillan Nurses and Cancer Research c/o
Co-operative Funeralcare, 59a High Street, Bilston, 01902 408208.
TheFamily have politely requested no black attire preferred.
