Sadly passed away on Friday, November 23, 2012, aged 79 years.

Funeral Service to be held at St Leonard's Church, Bilston, on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, at 2.30pm, followed by Committal, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 3.30pm.

All welcome for refreshments after the Service at Bilston Town Hall.

Family flowers only please.
