Beryl
Passed away at the Manor Hospital, on March 29, 2014, aged 69 years.
Beryl will be very sadly missed by Daughter Kate.
The Funeral Service will be held at Streetly Crematorium, on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at 12.45pm, in the WestChapel.
