Passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, March 28, 2013, aged 74 years.
Funeral to take place on Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at Bushbury Crematorium, at 11.15am,
Following the Funeral Family and Friends are welcome to the Chase Gate Public House, to Celebrate Beryl life.
Family request if flowers could be sent or donations if preferred to Cancer Research UK.
