Passed away peacefully at Ottley House Care Home, on December 9, 2013, aged 69 years.

Beloved Wife of Bill, loving Mother of Jeffrey and Tara.

Aur Cymru.

Ann will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Friday, December 27, at 11am.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to The Alzheimer's Society, for which purpose a donation box will be providedat Emstrey.
