Passed away peacefully at Ottley House Care Home, on December 9, 2013, aged 69 years.

Beloved Wife of Bill, loving Mother of Jeffrey and Tara.

Ann will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Friday, December 27, at 11am.
