Passed away peacefully in Wrexham Maelor Hospital on Friday, October 18, 2019, aged 39 years.

Loving Father of Chloe, dear Son of Mark, dearest Brother to Sarah and Lynsie, special Nephew to Elaine, Cousin to Stuart.

Gareth will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham on Wednesday, November 6 at 11.30am.
