Passed away peacefully on October 22, 2018, at Bangor Hospital, aged 85 years.

Devoted Husband to Dilys, loving Dad to Mark, Debra, Gwyn and Sion, a treasured Taid who will be greatly missed by all his Family and Friends.

A Celebration of Tom's Life will be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Wednesday, November 14 at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be shared between Uned Meirion Dementia Unit Dolgellau Hospital and Glaslyn Ward Ysbyty Gwynedd.
