Mrs Eileen Scragg, Stephen and Eileen, Martin, Elizabeth and Paul and the Family of the late Mr John Scragg wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighboursand former Colleagues for the cards, letters, emails, Facebook posts and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and most difficult time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations to Oak Farm Workers at Ditton Priors.
Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.
We extend our special thanks to John's Doctors, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and to the Doctors and all Staff at New Cross Hospital NHS Trust Wolverhampton for all your efforts on his behalf throughout his illness and for the dignity afforded to him in the closing hours of his life, to The Flower Shop in Bridgnorth for the beautiful floral Coffin tribute, we were very pleased, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such care, to David and to Brian for your very personal contributions to the Ceremony, to all at The Woodberry Down in Bridgnorth for your warm hospitality on a very cold day, for the excellent post Funeral reception catering and for looking after everyone so well afterwards and to the Revd Terry Mason for leading us in a most uplifting Ceremony, a Service we feel sure John would have thoroughly approved of.
