Mrs Anne Smith and the Family of the late Mr John Smith wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the many cards, letters, emails and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and most difficult time, for the attendance of so many of you at his Funeral Service at Stourbridge Crematorium and for your donations to Ludlow Satellite Dialysis Unit, totalling œ348.49 to date.

Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

Special thanks to his Doctors, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and to all the outside Nursing Agencies for your care of and kindness to John and tothe Family throughout his illness and for supporting us in nursing him at home until the very end, which was just so important to us all. To the Bearers from Bridgnorth Lion's Club for completing your duties with such dignity. To Richard for your wonderfully warm and witty personal tribute to your Father. To Inspired by Chelsea Florists of Bridgnorth for the beautiful, simple floral tribute. To all at Bridgnorth Golf Club for your warm hospitality and for looking after everyone so well afterwards and toMr Colin Bailey and Organist Mr Paul Jones for leading us in a most memorable Celebration of this wonderfully kind man's life and times.
