Passed away suddenly at home on November 5, 2016, aged 69 years.

Devoted Wife to the late Maurice, much loved Mum to Jane, Andrew and the late Donna, dearly loved Sister to Tony and Maureen. Cherished Nana Jean to Jackie, Claire, Daniel, Francesca, Alex, Lewis and Lola and a beloved Great- Nana.

Will be missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, November 18, 2016, at 11am.

Family flowers only, but donations if desired to be split between The MS Society and The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
