Service at Holy Trinity Church, Weston Lullingfields on Monday, November 23, 2015, at 12.30pm, followed by Committal at Shrewsbury Crematorium.

No flowers by request. Donations if wished to Holy Trinity Church and the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a collection plate will be made available at the Church.
