Passed away in hospital on May 29, 2015, aged 93 years.
Dearly beloved Mom of Alan and Jane, much loved Grandma of Adam, Dan, Brogan, Paige and Chad.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, June 15, at 1pm.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired please for Cancer Research UK (Bowel Cancer) for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
