Of Bridge Way, Muxton.

Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on June 3, 2012.

A very much loved and loving Wife, Mother and Nan.

Sylv will be remembered with much love and affection.Reunited with her Family, the late Albert, Phyllis and Colin Crossland.

Funeral Service, 4pm, Monday, June 18, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations, which will be divided between Help for Heroes and The ITU atThe Princess Royal Hospital, would be appreciated.
