Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on October 24, 2014, aged 78 years.
Beloved Husband of Anne and much loved Dad of Alan.
Funeral Service, 11am, Wednesday, November 12, at Telford Crematorium.
No flowers by request please but if desired donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
