Passed away on Friday, October 25, 2013, at Queens Hospital, Burton-upon-Trent, aged 76 years.

Derek will be sadly missed by Julie and all his Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take placeat Streetly Crematorium, in the East Chapel, on Friday, November 8, at 2.15pm.

Family flowers only preferred.

Donations in memory of Derek will be given to Childline.
