Passed away peacefully on January 9, 2019, after an illness borne with immense courage and humour.

Much loved and forever missed by Pete and Family.

Private Cremation.

A Celebration of Carolyn's life will be held 11am, Saturday, February 16 at St Chad's Church, Pattingham.

No black to be worn please.
