Suddenly but peacefully passed away on November 29, 2018, aged 47 years old.

Beloved Partner of Sam and loving Dad to Fraser and Taylor and Grandchildren.

Much loved Son to Barbara and the late Syd Oliver and Brother to Teresa and Tina.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service 10.30am, Thursday, December 20, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the Transplant Unit at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, would be appreciated.
