Sylvia The Family would like to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement.

They also acknowledge with gratitude all donations received totalling £500 which will be divided between the Severn Hospice Telford and ITU at The Princess Royal Hospital.

Special thanks to the wonderful care and treatment given by Paramedics, Ambulance Crews and all Staff and Doctors on ITU, also to Louise at C J Williams for her care and consideration.
