Of Wistanswick, passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving Wife Jill on September 10, 2017 at the Severn Hospice, Telford, aged 59 years.

A much loved Dad.

Funeral Service, 1pm, Tuesday, September 26 at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if desired which are to be divided between The Severn Hospice and M.S. Society.

At the Families request, a blue and white item of clothing or single flower to be worn would be appreciated.
