Of Donnington, Telford. Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on August 7, 2015, aged 76 years. Dearly beloved Mother and Grandmother.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, August 19, 2015, at 3pm.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, to be divided between The British Heart Foundation and The N.S.P.C.C, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
