Susan Sadly passed away on July 9, 2020, aged 61 years and now reunited with her life long partner Wendell.
She will be greatly missed by all her loving and devoted Family.
Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium Chapel on Thursday, July 30 at 2pm.
Family flowers only by request. Donations are to be collected for the Renal Unit of Russells Hall Hospital c/o The Family
