Derek Passed away peacefully on April 28, 2019, aged 83 years.
Much loved Husband of Iris.
Loving Dad to Andrew and Jane and a dear Grandad and Great-Grandad.
Funeral Service to be held at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Tuesday, May 14, at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired to the Alzheimer's Society.
