Loving Wife of John, Mother to Mark and Daughter-in-law to Karen.
Funeral Service to take place at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, April 17, 2019, at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired to Ward 15 and 16 Stroke Unit at The Princess Royal Hospital.
