John Ernest Maddox Passed away peacefully at home on July 28, 2018, aged 75 years.
Much loved Husband of Helen, loving Father of Matthew and Andrew and a loving Grandfather.
Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, August 9, at 3.30pm.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to Wales Air Ambulance and Midlands Air Ambulance.
