Passed away on April 2, 2016, aged 80 years.
Will be sadly missed by all of his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service will take place on Friday, April 15, 3pm, at Stafford Crematorium.
Family flowers only but donationsif desired will be divided between Ward 6 at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford and The Hospice at Home in Shrewsbury.
