Passed away peacefully on Monday, May 30, 2022, aged 64 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel on Monday, July 4, 2022, at 11.15am.

Donations if desired are welcome for Critical Care Unit, Ward B at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham.

Neil will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
