(Jim) On June 13, 2019, at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton, in the presence of his Family, Jim Heywood, of Worfield, near Bridgnorth, aged 76 years.

Private Cremation Ceremony.

A Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving will be held at The Parish Church of St. Peter The Apostle, Worfield (WV15 5LF) on Monday July 1, at 12noon.

Mourning dress optional.

Family flowers only by request please but donations which are to be divided between The R.N.L.I. and The Parish Church of St. Peter The Apostle, Worfield are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided inside The Church Porch, or online at www.perryandphillipsfunerals.com.
