Passed away on August 24, 2016, aged 53 years.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Requiem Mass to be held at St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Wolverhampton, on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at1pm, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium.

Donations in memory of Patrick are welcome in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and MIND, which may be sent via the Funeral Directors.
