Of Ensall Drive, Wordsley, passed away peacefully at home, on September 11, 2014, aged 68 years.
A much loved Husband, Dad and Grandad who will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Holy Trinity Church, Amblecote, on Friday, September 19, at 2pm.
