Lorraine Carol Sadly passed away on Thursday, May 2022, aged 77 years.
The Funeral Service will be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Friday, July 1, 2022 at 11.40am.
Mourners to wear an item of yellow please by Family request.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired will be gratefully accepted for Russells Hall Hospital Critical Care Unit and Georgina Ward.
