Passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 11, 2019, aged 84 years.

Beloved Wife to the late Brian Fowler Smith. Reunited once again.

Funeral Service to be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019, at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel at 4pm.

Family flowers only.
