Sadly passed away at Sandwell Hospital on July 4, 2019, The Funeral Service will be held at Sandwell Crematorium, on Monday, July 29, at 1.45pm.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired for Cancer Research, can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.
