(Pat) Passed peacefully away on Monday, July 8, 2019, aged 80 years.

Much loved Wife, Mother and Grandmother.

Will be sadly missed.

Funeral Service to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Thursday, July 25 at 11am.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations in memory of Pat are being gratefully accepted for The British Heart Foundation and may be placed in the collection box after the Service.
