Passed away January 7, 2017, aged 43.
Funeral Service to be held at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, Newton Road, West Bromwich on Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at 11.30am.
No flowers please, donations if desired to Acorns Children's Hospice.
Rest in peace Lee and look for a guitar amongst the harps.
