Beloved Husband of Karen and a loving and much loved Dad to Huw. Passed away in hospital.
The Funeral Service will take place in Annscroft Parish Church, Annscroft on Monday, December 23, at 1.15pm, followed by a private FamilyCommittal.
Family flowers only are preferred, however your very kind donations will be divided between The RSPB and Macmillan Cancer Care.
