Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on December 10, 2012, aged 73 years.

Beloved Husband of Jenie, dearest Father of Hank, Nigel and Peter, a special Grandad and dear Brother of John.

Funeral Service, 2pm, Thursday, December 27, at St John's Church, Lawley, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the ITU at The Princess Royal Hospital would be appreciated.
