Passed away peacefully on November 19, 2013, aged 56 years.
Adored Mum and Mother-in-law of Jamie and Michelle and Ryan and Sam, and beloved Daughter of Joan.
A cherished Nan and much loved Sister.
Jackie will be so sadly missed by all her Family and many Friends.
Her Family would like to give special thanks to her best Friend Sally and also to Sally's Daughters, for all the love and support they have shown Jackie during her illness.
This isextended to all her other Friends who also gave their love and support.
A Service to Celebrate Jackie's life will take place at The Parish Church of St Giles, Ludford, on Tuesday, November 26, at 12 noon, followed by Burial in Ludlow Cemetery.Family flowers only please, with kind donations received in Jackie's memory being divided between Macmillan Cancer Support and the Charles Renton Unit at Hereford Hospital.
